For our second interview, we caught up with entrepreneur and podcaster, Justin Crawford.

Tell us about yourself. Who are you and what do you do?

My name is Justin Crawford and I am a media host/podcaster and founder of JUST Media, a strategic creative content agency based in Los Angeles, CA and New York City. I feel like I have spent my entire life communicating, socializing and finding creative ways to bring people’s ideas to life.

What type of supplement regimen do you practice? What types of vitamins, minerals, and other supplements do you take?

As of right now, I really only take Athletic Greens (AG1), brush my teeth with Better & Better, and take Pure Synergy capsules (multivitamin, rapid rescue, stress remedy, or radiant mood) as needed! A lot of my day is hydrated with electrolyte-infused waters, whole/healthy foods, and plenty of antioxidants – where I have my 3 saviors as needed!

What inspired you to take these particular supplements?

I live a bicoastal-fast lifestyle right now at 26-years old, and a part of me slows down when I brush my teeth with Better & Better, stir/shake up my Athletic Greens and take a capsule from Pure Synergy. I was never a supplement person, especially after being a Division 1 athlete in college, but I love how the supplements bring me peace of mind, fuel my energy in some ways, and keep me satisfied/healthy every single day!

How do your supplements impact your performance and daily life? How do you feel?

I am way more alert these days, from sunrise to sunset… honestly! Something about the specific time and way I take my supplements brings me a full day of “success” in the way I move around, think and live it out. More specifically, again, it’s the peace of mind and mental calmness that helps me live my days out with more positivity, energy and focus. All good things have come from the 3 supplements mentioned above!

What do you know about supplements that you wish you knew 10 years ago?

Shew, that’s a hard questions to answer! 10 years ago, I was 16-years-old and barely knew myself enough to take ANY of the right supplements to be honest. BUT, if I had to go back in time and tell myself about what I take/do now? Yeah, it’s the feeling you get when you know you’re taking care of your body/self AND the long-term benefits to bringing nutritious/healthy vitamins and nutrients into the body you will have for the rest of your life. Not that I wish I took these things earlier, but I am VERY thankful I found them in my 20’s that’s for SURE!
